1. Purpose and Positioning

This Fair Play Policy sets out the principles of fair, transparent and non-deceptive use of the Websites caelunix.com and caeluvex.com, each operated as a separate platform by WESTERN COURT LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15467867, with its registered office at International House, 6 South Molton Street, London, England, W1K 5QF.

The Websites are intended solely for entertainment purposes and operate as digital entertainment platforms offering interactive experiences accessed through internal digital interaction units known as JustCoins.

This Policy exists to ensure that interaction with the Service is consistent, clear and fair for all Users. The Websites do not offer real-money gambling services, do not support withdrawals and do not provide prizes, rewards or benefits with monetary or real-world value. All outcomes generated within the Service are confined to the platform and have no value outside it.

By accessing or using a Website, Users acknowledge that the Service is an entertainment product and not a gambling service. Participation is strictly for leisure purposes, with no expectation of financial gain, profit or real-world compensation. Users understand that the Service is designed exclusively for entertainment and not for generating real-world value or benefits.

2. Nature of the Experiences

The Websites operate on a closed-loop model. All experiences are accessed using JustCoins, which are internal digital interaction units created solely for use on the Websites. JustCoins may be used only to access experiences and platform features.

JustCoins exist only within the Service and are strictly confined to it. They cannot be transferred or used outside the Service. JustCoins allocated within the Service cannot be redeemed for money, cryptocurrency, goods or services. Internal progress, activity history and JustCoins allocations have no value beyond the entertainment experience offered by the Websites.

3. Platform-Specific Environment

Each Website operates as a separate closed environment. Accounts are created separately on caelunix.com and on caeluvex.com, and registering on one Website does not create, extend or duplicate an Account on the other.

The name JustCoins is used on both Websites, but JustCoins are specific to the Website on which they were allocated. They cannot be moved, merged, transferred or converted between the Websites or to any other platform operated by the Company.

Attempts to link, combine or trade Accounts or JustCoins across the Websites, or to present the Websites as a connected system of exchangeable units, are prohibited and constitute a breach of this Policy.

4. No Real-Money Gambling

The Websites do not offer or facilitate real-money gambling. Users do not place bets or wagers, and interaction with the Service does not result in payouts, withdrawals or rewards outside the platform.

Payments made through the Websites are payments for access to digital entertainment content and platform features only. Such payments do not entitle Users to winnings, returns or compensation based on outcomes generated within the Service. Participation involves no financial risk, investment or expectation of monetary gain.

Refund requests and payment disputes are handled in accordance with the Terms of Service and the Internal JustCoins Policy.

5. Age Restriction and Protection of Minors

Access to the Websites is strictly limited to individuals aged eighteen (18) or over. Users must confirm their age before registering an Account or selecting an access package.

The Websites are not intended for use by minors and must not be accessed by individuals under the age of eighteen. The Company does not knowingly collect or process the personal data of minors, and does not design experiences, features or communications to appeal to individuals below the permitted age.

If the Company becomes aware that an Account is being used by a minor, or has reasonable grounds to suspect this, it reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently terminate the Account without notice.

6. Fair and Consistent Mechanics

All features on the Websites are designed to provide a fair and consistent entertainment experience. Outcomes are determined using software-based randomisation or predefined system logic in order to create varied interactions within a virtual environment.

The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome, progression or result within an experience. Any references to outcomes or progress apply solely to effects inside the platform and do not represent real-world probabilities, financial outcomes or opportunities for gain.

The Company maintains technical controls and internal procedures intended to ensure that experiences operate as described and that no User is given an unfair advantage over another.

7. Voluntary Use Controls

The Websites are intended for balanced and controlled use as a leisure activity.

Users may stop using a Website at any time, including by closing their Account or choosing not to select access packages. Where such tools are made available within the Service, Users may set personal limits or take breaks from the platform. These options are entirely voluntary and remain under the User's control.

If a User feels that their use of the Service is no longer enjoyable or is causing concern, they are encouraged to take a break or discontinue use and, where appropriate, seek independent support or advice.

8. Prohibited Uses of the Websites

The Websites are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. Users must not attempt to create, extract or derive any real-world value from their interaction with the Service or from JustCoins.

Users are prohibited from selling, transferring, exchanging, gifting or monetising JustCoins, Accounts or internal progress. Secondary markets, account trading, automation tools, bots, scripts and any method of manipulating the Service or its systems are forbidden.

Any attempt to bypass technical restrictions, use the Websites for commercial gain or present interaction with the Service as a source of income is a breach of this Policy.

The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the Websites and to enforce this Policy. This may include restricting access, suspending or closing Accounts, and limiting or removing access to experiences or features. Any remaining JustCoins in an Account closed for breach of this Policy are forfeited without compensation.

In cases of misuse or breach of policy, the Company may act without prior notice in order to maintain a fair and transparent environment for all Users.

9. Honest Presentation and User Expectations

The Websites are presented transparently as digital entertainment platforms. All interfaces, descriptions and communications are designed to reflect the nature of the Service accurately and to prevent misleading impressions about outcomes or value.

The Company does not use promotional language suggesting winnings, financial reward or economic benefit, and does not present JustCoins as currency, an investment or a store of value.

Users should understand that using the Websites is a leisure activity. The Service should not be approached with any expectation of profit, income, financial return or outcomes beyond the in-platform experience.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Company may update this Fair Play Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Websites, to legal requirements or to operational practice. The updated version will be published on the Websites and will take effect from the date of publication.

Continued use of a Website after the updated Policy is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
